- fuck drawabox i know it has its place but i do not like it as a tool for new artists i think it totally puts you in the wrong headspace. learn to make stuff you like and then do about half of drawabox to tighten some fundamentals
- love life drawing beginner guide these guys are the people who originally got me back into art with their super simple figure lessons. i've learned that this kind of stuff is pretty subjective, but i found their particular process a great springboard for further learning

- lospec palettes this site is designed for pixel art but the palettes available on here are super useful for other art

- line of action a great tool for just knocking out a bunch of gestures really quick with a handy interface
- grafit studio these refs aren't free but theyre pretty cheap, and very high quality
- the pose archive this couple do the same poses with both a masc and fem body which is super convenient for learning, and their backlog is gigantic
- reference angle takes a user supplied head angle and provides matching references for matching face anatomy and lighting behaviour
